As our lives are beginning to come under further impact from the effects of Covid-19 and the efforts to flatten the curve. We are closely following all the advice and guidance from the World Health Organisation, The UK Government and the British Pest Control Association.
We have now implemented our business continuity plan and as such where possible our office staff are now working from home.
Our technicians are doing a fantastic job given the circumstances and are still visiting sites where possible. Please rest assured that that they are being vigilant and following guidelines set out by ourselves and all of the aforementioned organisations. We will be observing all social distancing measures and not asking anyone to sign off any reports on our hand-held devices.
We take the health and safety of both our customers and team extremely seriously. We will continue to keep your sites and infrastructure pest free for as long as possible and therefore reducing any further risks to public health whilst following Government guidelines. To this end we will endeavour to continue carrying out a full service where possible and safe to do so. If you require an external service only this is also something we can accommodate.
We are fully supporting the British Pest Control Association in lobbying the UK Government for pest management professionals to be recognised as key workers during the Covid-19 pandemic which will mean we can carry on protecting you in the case of a further lock down. The last thing the UK needs right now is an upturn in pest activity, this could lead to unforeseen damage to property and be a danger to public health. It could also mean once we have got to the other side of the pandemic any infestation will take additional time to control.
The pest management industry is here to help.
We will continue to monitor advice, guidance and best practice and keep you updated of any changes.
